Installation
ATHR Gallery is pleased to participate in Artissima 2019, Booth: Pink B2 with a major installation by Muhannad Shono and works by Ayman Yossri-Daydban, Sultan Bin Fahad, Aya Haidar, Mohamed Monaiseer. Inspired by and analytical of the social norms, history and resources that govern Saudi Arabia, the works reflect on the historic crossroad in the country's history, as well as the regional dynamics and the human flow they engender. 
Saudi’s social culture and agenda are fast-changing and embracing the 21st-century all while being the epicenter of Islam. With a real cosmopolitan urban fabric, the works on view come as an indicator of these times of uncertainty. Working with sculpture, works on paper, and installations, this generation of multi-cultural artists embrace their culture in a contemporary form.
